1. 適用範圍
本政策適用於 Careborate 手機應用程式及 careborate.com 網站。Careborate 是本政策所述個人資料的負責人。
2. 我們現時處理的資料
- 帳戶與身分資料：電郵地址、顯示名稱、個人頭像、Firebase 用戶識別碼，以及來自 Google 或 Apple 登入服務所提供的帳戶資料。
- 認證及安全資料：密碼、登入憑證、IP 地址、使用者代理字串及相關技術資料由 Firebase Authentication、Google 或 Apple 處理，用作登入、防止濫用及帳戶安全。Careborate 不會查看你的密碼。
- 裝置偏好：你選擇的應用程式語言會儲存於裝置本地。
現時測試版並不上載或儲存照顧任務、照片、健康讀數、聯絡人、精確位置、付款資料或廣告識別碼。如將來推出處理這些資料的功能，我們會先更新本政策及相關應用程式內說明。
3. 我們如何使用資料
- 建立、驗證、維護及保護你的 Careborate 帳戶。
- 提供電郵驗證、密碼重設及 Google、Apple 登入。

- 回應你的私隱、支援或刪除資料請求。
4. 服務供應商與資料分享
我們使用 Google Firebase Authentication 提供帳戶認證，並可根據你的選擇使用 Google Sign-In 或 Sign in with Apple。這些供應商只會為了提供、保護及維護相關服務而處理資料，並受其自身條款及私隱政策約束。
我們不會出售你的個人資料，現時也不使用廣告或第三方廣告 SDK。除非法律要求、為保護用戶或服務安全，或由你明確指示，我們不會向其他第三方披露你的資料。
5. 資料儲存地點及保留期
Firebase Authentication 由位於美國的資料中心處理認證資料。認證帳戶資料通常保留至帳戶被刪除。Firebase 表示，其登記的 IP 地址通常保留數星期；帳戶被刪除後，認證資料會在最長 180 日內從作業及備份系統移除。裝置上的語言偏好會保留至你清除應用程式資料或移除應用程式。
6. 你的選擇與權利

7. 安全與兒童

1. Scope
This policy applies to the Careborate mobile application and the careborate.com website. Careborate is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Data we currently process
- Account and identity data: your email address, display name, profile photo, Firebase user identifier, and account details provided by Google or Apple when you choose those sign-in methods.
- Authentication and security data: passwords, sign-in credentials, IP addresses, user-agent strings and related technical information are processed by Firebase Authentication, Google or Apple for sign-in, abuse prevention and account security. Careborate cannot view your password.
- Device preferences: your selected app language is stored locally on your device.
The current test version does not upload or store care tasks, photographs, health readings, contacts, precise location, payment information or advertising identifiers. Before releasing features that process these categories, we will update this policy and the relevant in-app disclosures.
3. How we use data
- To create, verify, maintain and protect your Careborate account.
- To provide email verification, password reset, Google sign-in and Apple sign-in.
- To remember your language preference and maintain app security.
- To respond to privacy, support and deletion requests.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use Google Firebase Authentication for account authentication and, when you choose them, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. These providers process data to provide, secure and maintain their services, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell personal data and currently do not use advertising or third-party advertising SDKs. We do not disclose your data to other third parties unless required by law, necessary to protect users or the service, or directed by you.
5. Data location and retention
Firebase Authentication processes authentication data in data centres located in the United States. Authentication account data is generally retained until the account is deleted. Firebase states that logged IP addresses are generally retained for a few weeks and, after account deletion, authentication data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days. Your on-device language preference remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold and ask questions about how it is processed. To delete your Careborate account and associated data, follow the instructions on our Account and data deletion page.
7. Security and children
We use HTTPS and the encryption in transit and at rest provided by our service providers. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the risk. Careborate is not intended for account creation by children under 13.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our features, providers or legal requirements change. The revised date will be shown on this page. For privacy questions, email privacy@careborate.com.
