如何提交申請

1. 使用你登記 Careborate 帳戶的電郵地址，電郵至 privacy@careborate.com。
2. 主旨寫上「Careborate 帳戶刪除申請」，並清楚表明你希望刪除帳戶及相關資料。
3. 為防止未經授權的刪除，我們可能要求你完成合理的身分核實。

如你使用 Apple 隱藏我的電郵功能，請使用或在申請中列出與 Careborate 帳戶相關的 Apple 中繼電郵地址。

我們會刪除什麼

核實申請後，我們會刪除你的 Careborate 認證帳戶，包括 Firebase 用戶識別碼及與帳戶連結的電郵、顯示名稱、頭像及登入供應商資料。現時測試版並未儲存照顧任務、照片或健康讀數。

裝置本地的語言偏好並不在伺服器上；你可透過清除應用程式資料或移除應用程式刪除。

處理時間與保留

我們會儘快處理已核實的申請，通常不超過 30 日。Firebase 表示，帳戶被刪除後，認證資料會在最長 180 日內從作業及備份系統移除。如法律、安全或防止欺詐要求我們保留某些有限記錄，我們只會在必要範圍及期限內保留。

How to submit a request

1. Email privacy@careborate.com from the email address registered to your Careborate account.
2. Use the subject “Careborate account deletion request” and clearly state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
3. To prevent unauthorised deletion, we may ask you to complete reasonable identity verification.

If you use Apple's Hide My Email feature, send the request from or include the Apple relay email address associated with your Careborate account.

What we delete

After verification, we delete your Careborate authentication account, including its Firebase user identifier and associated email, display name, profile photo and sign-in provider data. The current test version does not store care tasks, photographs or health readings.

Your on-device language preference is not stored on our servers. You can remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Timing and retention

We process verified requests as soon as reasonably practicable, normally within 30 days. Firebase states that, after account deletion, authentication data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days. If law, security or fraud prevention requires us to retain limited records, we retain only what is necessary and only for the required period.
